RADOV at the SCS2025 conference

Work performed within RADOV was presented at the 3rd National Meeting of the Swedish Chemical Society (SCS 2025), held in Västerås, Sweden, from June 16 to 18, 2025. A poster was presented outlining the development of a method for the separation and isolation of enzymatically cleaved peptides derived from egg white proteins. The work, conducted at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, highlights recent advances in the analysis of egg white-derived peptides.
